Our clothes correspond to the European size grid, thanks to which you can focus on the size that you bought in mass-market stores. if you are not sure, then you can get a free consultation from our manager or use the information given in the table of the size grid below.
Delivery and payment
Goods are delivered by Nova Poshta or Ukr Poshta to any city or settlement in Ukraine and the world as a whole.
All our clothes are produced in a limited quantity and there are situations when the product is not available and its shipment may be delayed, about which the manager will warn you.
Payment for the product is made using the LiqPay payment system, and you can also place an order by cash on delivery.
If the delivered product does not suit you or is defective, you can return it using Nova Poshta services within 14 days after receiving the order in accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights". The return of the product is paid by the customer. To make a return, simply contact the indicated phone numbers and send the product to us.
The terms of refunding money to a bank card are up to 5 working days from the moment we receive the goods.
If items of clothing were created according to individual sizes or with adjustments to model features, they cannot be returned.
